How far in advance should we book a photobooth for our company event?
For peak season (May, September–December), we recommend booking 3-4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and booth. However, we understand that corporate events sometimes require quick turnarounds, and we’ve successfully delivered premium experiences with as little as 24 hours’ notice. Contact us as soon as your event is confirmed, and we’ll do everything possible to accommodate your timeline.
What is included in the photobooth rental price?
All BondBooth rentals include delivery, setup, professional equipment (DSLR cameras, studio lighting), and digital photo/video delivery. Optional add-ons include on-site staff attendance, unlimited printing, and custom branding elements. Our worry-free service means we handle all technical aspects, allowing you to focus on your guests and your event’s success.
Can you customize the photobooth experience to match our brand?
Absolutely. We offer comprehensive branding options including custom overlays on printed and digital photos, branded GIFs and videos, photobooth exterior branding, and personalized email/SMS delivery from the booth. What space and technical requirements do you need at our venue?
Space requirements vary by booth type, but generally we need a 3×3 meter area with access to standard electrical outlets. Our team conducts a pre-event consultation to assess your venue layout and address any logistical considerations such as placement, electricity supply, and optimal guest flow. We work seamlessly with venue coordinators to ensure smooth integration into your event setup.
Do you provide staff to operate the photobooth during our event?
Yes, professional on-site staff attendance is available as an optional add-on for all our services. Our experienced team members dress according to your event’s dress code, assist guests with the booth, handle any technical issues, and ensure a seamless, VIP-level experience throughout your event. This allows you to focus entirely on your guests while we manage all photobooth operations.
Which areas do you serve, and do you charge extra for travel?
We serve all of Sweden with a focus on Stockholm and surrounding areas. Delivery is included in our standard pricing for Stockholm-based events. For events outside the Stockholm region, we provide transparent quotes that include any additional travel costs. Our commitment to worry-free service means no hidden fees—you’ll know the complete cost upfront.
How quickly will we receive the photos and videos after the event?
Guests receive their photos and videos instantly during the event via digital download, email, or SMS. After your event concludes, we send you a complete gallery link with all captured content, typically within 24-48 hours. This includes high-resolution files perfect for your marketing materials, social media, and internal communications.
What happens if there is a technical issue during our event?
Our professional-grade equipment is meticulously maintained and tested before every event, and when you opt for on-site staff, they handle any technical matters immediately. We carry backup equipment and have protocols in place to ensure uninterrupted service.
